Over the entire history of our Laser Wire Profile Measurement Gauge, we have developed many useful variations to how the data point analysis is managed. We now offer all of these features password protected and available within each wire recipe.
- Excel compatible measurement summary files, i.e. Minitab.
- Upload recipe and database files to any "disc like" storage device, i.e. USB Stick.
- Bar Code Scanning option.

Royal Master Grinders has introduced an updated Gauging system with not only a new robust appearance, but more software enhancements.
Our engineering team have mounted our .1 micron linear motor onto a surface plate with flatness qualities of .0002" over 60" in its length. This enables you to move the system from place to place without the need to re-validate the system. The tube steel from gives the granite the rigidity that it deserves and that can maintain its integredity.
Partnering with Beta Lasermike, they have been providing us with a Lasermike that has a superior accuracy capabilities, while being able to gauge down to .0008" in diameter, smaller than any other system.

For software platform we use Windows XP as a base. The features that have been incorporated into the system have been driven by users. Our flexible programmers have integrated over 100 different features into these systems over the 12 year history of this system.
